What to send when you contact us
Tray sizes, pan counts and the condition of the old items tell us where to start. For custom trays or bread pans, we need finished sizes, material preference if known, and the quantity required. For recoating or repairs, please send photos of worn corners, bent rims, cracked welds or damaged lids so we can assess the work before collection or delivery is arranged.

Repairs and recoating enquiries
We carry out pan recoating, tray recoating, pan straightening, corner repairs, rim repairs, lid repairs and weld repairs. We also do fleet assessment, deep cleaning and spare lids for production sites that cannot afford unnecessary downtime. If your trays are sticking, warped or rusting in coastal humidity, send us a message with the condition and age of the items and we will advise what can be saved.
Some items only need straightening or a rim repair, while others are better off recoated to extend service life. That honest approach saves money over time, and keeps your bake line moving without surprise failures.
National supply, local response
Although our workshop is in Westmead, we supply plant bakeries nationally. We work with customers in Durban, the North Coast, the Upper Highway area and further afield, including sites that need regular replenishment for daily baking. If your plant has municipal access rules, restricted delivery windows or a tight receiving bay, mention it in your message so we can plan properly.
Detailed quotes may take a little longer if drawings, measurements or repair photos are needed, but we will let you know what to expect. For repeat customers and urgent replacement orders, we do our best to turn things around fast without cutting corners.
